X-Grip® System

The X-Grip® screw was designed to ensure a regulated resorption, for optimal osteointegration, while retaining the necessary mechanical strength.

eTiss® Tendons

Leader Biomedical provides a range of eTiss® allograft tendons such as the semi T and patellar tendon for cases where harvesting autologous tendons is problematic or undesirable.

These tendons, which are suitable for ACL reconstructions, are processed using our state-of-art eCOO® Technology. This mild cleaning process uses supercritical CO2 (scCO2), which is proven to optimally retain the mechanical and tensile strength of the tissue compared to traditional tissue processing methods, which rely heavily on harsh chemical and biological agents.
