Leader Biomedical’s Dental Reconstruction Portfolio offers targeted therapeutic solutions for reconstruction addressing maxillofacial bone defects. This portfolio includes eTiss®allografts and demineralised bone matrix (DBM), processed with our proprietary eCOO® Technology using supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2).

eTiss® bone void fillers are processed and cleaned with our proprietary eCOO® Technology utilising super critical carbon dioxide (scCO2). eTiss® bone void fillers are available in various configurations and volumes tailored toward application in maxillofacial surgery. Cancellous, cortical, and cortical/cancellous void fillers are available in 0.5 – 2cc volumes. A major benefit of using allograft material is the presence of collagen, providing optimal osteocyte adhesion to start the bone growth process.

Our collagen membranes NovoMem®, processed with eCOO® Technology, serve as barriers to shield bone grafts in dental surgery. Our resorbable collagen membrane, obtained from porcine pericardium, is not only processed through the eCOO® Clean, but also sterilised through eCOO® Ster, resulting in superior strength without compromising the natural, virtually unchanged collagen crosslinking.
